The WNYLug will be holding our next meeting on January 14th 2009 from 6:30pm to 9:00pm.
The meeting will take place at 455 Cayuga Rd Suite 200, Buffalo, NY 14225.
Food and drink will be provided (Pizza and Wings)

- Presentations : Installing Ubuntu and Fedora for Beginners – (A step by step installation of both Ubuntu and Fedora with detailed explanations.)
- Ubuntu for Beginners – Presented by Neal Chapman
- Fedora For Beginners – Presented by Brian Powell - Intro of Attendees / Open Floor

- Presentation : Brief history of Linux and Distros (During Pizza / Wings)
- General Introduction of attendees.
- Official Vote for Mission Statement and Charter acceptance into the group.
- Official Election of Officers
- Presentation : BASH tips / tricks
- Open Floor
In order to get an idea of how much food will be needed we are asking that anyone planning on attending to please register ahead of time.
